Self Care Daily Habits

Sometimes, this is what self care looks like. Daily habits that you do without thinking, but that are just for you: brushing your teeth and washing your face at the start and end of every day. Playing music while putting on your makeup before work.

You don’t always have to go out of your way for it. It doesn’t always have to be something special. Sometimes, the best form of self care is just forming small, daily habits of taking care of your body and mind.
