Stress is a daily part of my life. And I mean daily. Even when I’m not working, I’m on call. I have to be available to my job 24/7, and my job isn’t easy.

Health is about a lot more than just weight. We all know it. Skinny people can be unhealthy and obese people can be healthy. Despite my weight, I’ve always been relatively healthy in most aspects. I never get sick. I heal extremely quickly when injured. I have decent levels of energy. But…

I suffer the effects of stress.

I get headaches. I don’t sleep well. All of the muscles in my upper body form giant knots.

So Sundays are now for self care. Just one thing, every Sunday to relax and de-stress.

Today, it’s a face mask.
