I lost 40lbs over 9 months, but now have been stuck in a plateau for the last three months. I’m trying to be patient and tell myself that my body is probably still changing, even if the scale isn’t moving, but I’m not seeing any differences lately.
I’ve tried a 42 hour fast followed by a few weeks of 16:8 intermittent fasting with one 36 hr fast per week. I’ve tried egg fasts, three day kickstart plans, etc. Nothing seems to work.
I did learn that I can’t do intermittent fasting though. It puts me in a mindset where all I can think about is food. I guess knowledge is something.
