Half Way There
I am officially half way to my goal and bought the first crop top I’ve ever owned in this pajama set. I am still struggling to love my legs (those thighs! ), but I’m working on my self confidence one day at a time.

Face to Face Friday: 8 months and 37lbs difference. I’m almost half way to my goal weight. SW: 210 CW: 173 GW: 132

I have officially made it from Obese Class II to Class I. Progress.
Stress is a daily part of my life. And I mean daily. Even when I’m not working, I’m on call. I have to be available to my job 24/7, and my job isn’t easy. Health is about a lot more than just weight. We all know it. Skinny people can be unhealthy and obese people […]
