A few years ago, there was a kickboxing studio in town that I’d go to weekly with my cousin. The day they shut down was incredibly disappointing as I really enjoyed the class.
I bought a reflex bag as a stress reliever exercise and I do love it, but you can really only do one punch style on it and you can’t kick at all. I really wanted to get back into kickboxing. But I’m cheap and don’t want to find and join another class.
So, I bought a free standing punching bag.
This, combined with YouTube kickboxing videos and Turbo Jam kickboxing cardio on Beach Body On Demand and I’m set! A new, fun exercise that I love and that makes me feel strong and badass!
