Thursday was the last day of one of my best work friends, and work honored him by providing food for the whole office: his favorite muffins for breakfast and Hungry Howies Pizza for lunch. Despite being on my weight loss journey, it’s always been my goal to keep a sustainable diet. That means that days like today are what I call grace days. Days where I give myself the grace to eat what I’d want, but work to stay reasonable about it (below 100g net carbs and under 1500 calories).
While this wasn’t my best week overall, I still consider it a good week.
