One of my besties has been inspired to begin her own fitness and health journey!
In an effort to support each other, we have begun a meal prep meal exchange. We will each cook a handful of keto meals every weekend, and make extra servings for each other. That way, rather than having to meal prep for 7 days worth of meals, we each meal prep for 3 or 4 and get another 3 or 4 days prepped by our bestie!
I hope that made sense. I’m bad at explaining things.
But it comes down to this: support your friends and the friends that meal prep together, stay together…. or something.
