ONEderland!

I made it ONEderland this morning! Down 11lbs in 23 days. 😁😁😁

I mentioned in a previous post, A Starting Point, that I very rarely use a scale. Because of that, I have no idea when the last time I was below 200lbs is. The last time I know for sure is during my last weight loss attempt, back in 2015 (when I was 175 and that was a noticeable GAIN in weight for me).

I recently read something that listed habits of healthy people, one of which was that they regularly weigh themselves. I think it’s smart. I clearly cannot see a change in myself. And women’s clothes are such that I can put on a size 18 and a size 14 on the same day, two different brands, and they’ll both fit. That makes it very difficult to tell when your body is fluctuating in weight.

Right now, I am weighing myself daily, which might be excessive but is what helps keep me in the right mindset for weight loss. I think, if/when I finally reach my goal weight, I will set a personal goal to weigh myself weekly. That way, I see when my weight fluctuates in a direction I don’t want and I take action before I’m 80+ lbs overweight.
