Not there yet, but I’m slowly but surely approaching my 2011 weight again.
The last time my weight reached over 200 lbs, I did an extreme weight loss over the course of the 2010-2011 year. It wasn’t the healthiest way to lose weight, nor was it maintainable, and I ended up back where I started pretty quickly.
This round is going slower, but ultimately healthier and I am hoping (working towards making it) more maintainable. 45lbs down, I’m almost where I was in 2011 at my lowest weight point of that journey. I didn’t hit my goal then (size 10 jeans), but got close. This time, I’ll make it!
